Requirement:
- Excellent communication skill both written and oral (English and Bahasa)
- At least 2 years experience in the required position
- Can work independently
- A good team player
- Ready to grow with the company. There is a lot of possibility to grow as Director of Sales and Marketing in our Tauzia property (www.tauzia.com)
- Analytical and problem solver
- Knowledge of current market situation and trend
- Good administration skill
- Computer literate
Responsibilities:
- To work closely with DOSM to achieve the sales budget
- To be able to extend a flexibility in term of rates and promotional activities
- To increase the sales productivity and profitability
