•-Improving and develop better model of Industrial Relations.

•-Maintaining and improving HR policies.

•-Maintaining good relationship with the Union in the company, Community / neighborhood and local government offices.

•-Manage Pension Fund.


TRAINING SPECIALIST
Requirements:

•-Male / Female,, Max 35 yo

•-Min S1 related

•-Min 3 yrs exp in Training & Development field.

•-Computer literate.

•-Fluent in English (oral & written).

•-Prepare, conduct and maintain regular job analysis and job evaluation for all positions.

•-Conduct training need analysis.

•-Maintain Succession Plan and Talent Pool database.

•-Conduct training Evaluation, including analyzes -Performance Plan, Interim Review and Performance Appraisal for managerial positions.



RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
Requirements:

•-Male / Female, Max 35 yo

•-Min S1 related

•-Min 3 yrs exp in Recruitment.

•-Computer literate.

•-Fluent in English (oral & written)

•-Handling and ensuring the recruitment process such as interview, psychological test, medical test done with the right procedure in the company.

•-Developing new psychological test for staff to managerial level.

•-Searching for the best candidates through job fair, campus hiring, Headhunter, Recruitment Agency.

•-Budgeting annual recruitment need.



COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS SPECIALIST
Requirements:

•-M/F of age - max 35 yrs old.
-Fluency in English.

•-Graduate Min (S1) Management/Accounting/Statistics/Mathematics/related.

•-Min 5 years experience in C & B system and procedure.

•-Computer literate (application software's : sparesheet,word,excel,power point & access).

•-Coordination and delivery of company performance management system.

•-Internal and external equity programs.

•-Job matching and data analysis to match market compensation to company compensation.

•-Develop and administer reward and recognition (non-cash reward).

•-Develop and manage promotional guidelines.

•-Advices to recruitment department on all compensation factors for new hire.

•-Determine merit and bonus budget.



HEAD OF ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT
Requirements :
-Male or Female
, Max 35 yo.

-Min S1 or S2.

•-Min 5 years exp as Organization Development Manager.

•-Has competency in Organization Capability Building & People Development.

•-Has good leadership.

•-Fluent in English.

•-Willing to travel.



HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES INFORMATION SYSTEM (HRIS)
Requirement:
-Male or Female, Max 35 yo.

•-Min S1 or S2.

-Min 5 yrs experience as HRIS Manager.

•-Has competency in developing HRIS base on SAP Module.

•-Has good knowledge in  HR Automation (Web, Lotus Note,SAP).

•-Has good leadership.

•-Fluent in English.

-Willing to travel.



OPERATION MANAGER FOR EDUCATION FIELD
Requirement:
-Male or Female Max 35 years old.
-Education Background S2 it's a must.
-Good command English both spoken and written.
-Min 3 years experience in related field.
-Has good knowledge in making lecturing schedule, Annual Academic Schedule, Handling new student and current student enrollment, Managing Library and  IT support in Campus efficiently and Effectively.
-Liaise with other departments to coordinate and monitor service.
-Supervise office staff: assign and monitor clerical and administration functions, evaluate staff performance, coaching and disciplining staff, conduct orientation and Lotus Notes (IT system) training for new staff.
-Maintain office record; design filing systems, ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date, ensure protection and security of files and records, ensure effective transfer or files and records, ensure files are up to date and secure.
-
Familiar with Computer literate.
